Amazing experience from beginning to end! Greg called me and walked through what I wanted and gave me an estimate, including what I could possibly need (since we weren’t actually standing in my garage). He was spot on with his estimate and the price actually came out lower than what I had anticipated since I did need extra parts. Dustin and Larson installed my opener and they were also awesome! They got the job done quickly and showed up when they said they would! They were friendly and did a great job. I love the new opener and couldn’t be more satisfied with this company! I will definitely continue to use them in my future installations, repairs, and whatever else garage door I need!

I contacted Radio Controlled Garage Door and Gate to replace the mechanics of the my garage door openers. The doors were still in shape. It was a great experience to discuss this upgrade with their salesperson, Greg. He was very pleasant to talk to about this installation. He was informed about his product and matched it to my current requirements. He also explained the install process and followed up with the date and time promptly. They even had the data available from 18 years ago for the previous work done. Their installer, Dustin was very efficient at his job, and treated my home and me with the upmost respect. He explained every feature and answered every question with great detail. Other companies attempted to bid for this job, but I am truly glad and satisfied that I stayed with Radio Controlled Garage Door and Gate.

Chris gave us the information we needed to select the model and color of garage doors that would work best for our situation and budget. He was quick to respond to our questions and to provide estimates. Greg was our contact for the installation. His professionalism, communication, and politeness helped to instill confidence that our installation would go very well, and it did. Their installers showed up on time and worked seamlessly until the job was done. They included us in decisions like the location of the keypads (I have four), instead of just assuming. They cleaned up well and made sure I understood how to operate everything, including how to program the factory openers in our cars. I ran into trouble with my garage door opener so I called RCGDG. I talked to a very polite lady who took down my information and told me that I would get a call from Greg. He called me and we set up a day to have a new opener installed. On the date chosen I got a call from Daylyn Nelson who told me he would be at my place in about 30 minutes. In almost exactly 30 minutes he pulled into my drive and got busy. He got the job done right and in a reasonable amount of time. When I saw that is was a "smart" unit he offered to help me set up the app. I told him he could leave the trash, including the old opener, behind because I have a place to dispose of such but he said he'd take it all with him. I'm more than pleased with the service and professional attitude of everyone involved. At the moment I only have one opener but I anticipate getting another for the other door and when I do there is only one place I will call. If they're busy and I have to wait, I'll wait!
