Steve came out tonight and was amazing! He reviewed the situation, started to work, and before I knew it, he had the new springs on the door and was prepping to tighten them. We had an after hours situation and he was efficient and timely, having the work completed in under 90 minutes.Steve was great, personable, and helped fix the problem door and serviced our second door before heading out for the night! Highly recommend!!

An unexpected and poorly timed garage door malfunction caused us to urgently need a speedy garage door repair. The lady that took my call was super helpful, asked great questions and worked the schedule to get me help. Steve got to our house within the hour, repaired the broken door, lubed the others and even provided some preventative info on another door. Very cordial and helpful! Will continue to use and recommend Radio Controlled Garage Door & Gate.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Ray came out for the estimate with samples and more information than the other two bids we had. We had Radio controlled replace 3 garage doors. Installers were friendly, fast and professional. Highly recommend the RC team! Also, our service date was not moved once and the installers arrived on time and got right to work.

Wonderful company to work with! My technician was Steve Very polite, accommodates the customer to their needs, timely service. Every step explained in detail so we are able to understand the process. Absolutely, absolutely phenomenal! Our garage door stopped working last night because the torsion springs just decided they didn’t want to work anymore and break lol. I called around 9 PM and the phone call was answered promptly and respectfully. Honestly, I planned to shop around for a while, but after talking with the owner, who was just hilarious by the way, we decided to go with the Radio Controlled. We have never been more pleased! Isaiah and Jonathan were the absolute best! They showed up early and took care of business right away and were some of the most pleasant people we’ve ever met. Huge thank you to everyone!!! You're all awesome!

Our garage door was hung halfway up and would not budge either up or down. The office person I talked to was pleasant and helpful and called back within the time she said to tell me when a service person could come that day.Steve called as promised before his arrival and came at the earlier part of the time window scheduled. Steve was polite and knowledgeable and explained the problem and process for repair and carried it out professionally. My husband and I are very pleased with Radio Controlled and will call them again if/when needed.

I've been using this company since we bought our house in 1984. There was already a sticker on the wall of the garage that gave us the phone number of this company, and we've used it dozens of times since then... service calls, replacing the original wooded door, replacing broken springs, new garage door openers, etc. Always, whomever is sent does top-notch work at a fair price, and I've never had to call them for a return visit. It's always done right the first time. If you're looking for a company to service your garage door, call these folks. You won't be disappointed.Update: Feb. 24, 2026More execellent service! Isaiah and another Tech arrived on time, and went to work. They were knowledgeable and efficient, making adjustments to the door springs, and the chain. Great service from a great company!

Terrific Customer. AI directed me to Radio Controlled based on consistently great reviews. Everything in my experience was consistent. The person who took my call after hours was patient and thorough. As promised, Isaiah, a Radio Control technician, called me first thing the next day. He walked through the options to get my memory board repaired compared to replacing the opener, with clear pricing included. Once we made that call, he asked for a time to do the repairs that was convenient for me instead of telling me he would be there at X time. He showed up on time, brought a capable partner to help, and did a great job in less than two hours. They saved me a lot of time by helping with all the tech issues (installing the app on cell phones, pairing them, pairing openers in the cars, getting a new password in the outside pad). First rate service, quality product, fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Received a prompt response on the day I reported a problem with my garage door not closing. Two technicians came out, determined the cause, and replaced the door sensors. They also found a broken hinge and replaced that. Very professional, courteous, and efficient. Reasonably priced too. I highly recommend this company.

recently had an outstanding experience with Radio Controlled Garage, specifically thanks to their technician, Isiah. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he was incredibly knowledgeable and truly understood the mechanics of the job. Before starting any work, he took the time to walk me through several different options for my garage, explaining the pros and cons of each so I could make an informed decision. His transparency and expertise made me feel completely confident in the repairs he recommended.The actual service was just as impressive as the consultation. Isiah efficiently replaced the wheels and controllers, and despite the complexity of the task, he had everything completed within just a few hours. price was very fair and i appreciated having options for different levels of service.

Isiah installed a strut on my double door which had had sagged in the middle over the years. Also noticed some small cracks in the hinges on that door panel, and replaced them as well. Very professional. We've been using RCGD for many years and will continue.

What a relief! Garage doors at our new home didn’t have safety sensors due to age… these guys handled the situation and got me all set for the winter and for safety with quiet, smooth running openers that are now safe for my children and also on a battery backup for the upcoming winter weather! I met Greg at a home show several years ago and have used you ever since. Although Greg may have retired, you have always provided five star service. Steve, our technician, came out and cared for our issue today and was very very nice and thorough. Whatever our issue has been throughout the years, you have always cared for it and treated us like you appreciate the business. If I could give you six stars, I would because there is nobody that I would use other than Radio Controlled Garage Doors.
